Catherine Torres, is a former PRBA Treasurer and the current President-Elect. She began her career in public service in the New York State Assembly as Chief of Staff for Bronx Assemblyman Roberto Ramirez. In her role as Chief of Staff, she was the prime architect of the New York State Legislative Task Force's Annual Somos El Futuro Conference which attracted well over 5,000 participants.
